Why a unique draw is capped
When Allow Duplicates is off, the alphabet sets a hard ceiling on how many distinct letters you can get. There are only 26 letters in a single case, so requesting 30 unique uppercase letters is impossible and the tool warns you rather than repeating one. Mixed case roughly doubles the ceiling because uppercase and lowercase forms count as different characters.
If you hit the too-many-unique warning, lower the quantity, switch to mixed case to enlarge the pool, or turn Allow Duplicates back on when repeats are acceptable for what you are doing.
